September 4, 2009This is my niece Kenzie, isn’t she gorgeous! Her parents were throwing her a surprise sweet sixteen and needed a distraction to keep her out of the house and what a perfect distraction. We started our session at the new studio then headed out into the Midtown neighborhood around the studio for some fun outdoor urban shots. I LOVE these photos, they show Kenzie’s personality, her sparkling smile, big beautiful eyes and most importantly her lovely heart! I have know this young lady since she was about 4 years old, when I started dating my husband 12 years ago, I remember when she was little thinking what a beautiful soul this little girl had, her generosity, kindness and compassion have been evident for as long as I have known her. Kenzie is a beautiful person, inside and out, and I hold such a special place in my heart for her, and cannot wait to see where her life is headed, she has all the potential in the world and I know she will make a difference for good on this earth!
Kenzie’s Mamma Michelle is the Owner of Fondue, Body Boutique in Sparks and Kenzie works there with her mom, this tatoo is so special to her, her mom just made it through a long battle with Breast Cancer and is now in remission, Praise God for that, and she and her older sister both have these special tatoos!

November 26, 2008Hey everybody, I am very thrilled to finally be able to blog about this! I was so blessed to have an opportunity to work with the fabulous ladies over at Clever Magazine earlier this month on a fashion spread. I cannot tell you how much fun we had, it was actually lightly raining for most of our shoot and the moment we were done the rain came pouring down, so we had some really great timing! The shoot was styled by Soma Miller, who has such a great eye and sense of style! The model, Arielle, is beautiful, and such a natural in front of the camera, she made it so easy for us to get some knock-out images!
