Chris + Jayne {engaged}

Meet Chris and Jayne. Chris is one of my husbands assistant coaches up at the McQueen High School. I met Jayne last fall and was an instant fan, she is such a lovely person, a perfect match for Chris, they are so cute together! I am so excited to be shooting their wedding this coming July! This engagement session was fantastic, we made it up to Sand Harbor on a perfect day, snow on the ground, but lots of open sand where the snow had melted. The air was perfectly still, and the lake smooth like glass, just an absolutely beautiful afternoon at the lake!

Jamie + Pete {engaged}

Meet Jamie and Pete, how adorable are they together!! I loved working with these two, despite the stereotypical Eastern Sierra weather we had a blast. We met up in Old Historic Truckee and walked around for a bit, then headed up 267 to Kings Beach just in time for the storm to roll in. My favorite thing about engagement sessions is just getting to know the couple, talking about their engagement story and how they met. I love to see people who have fallen in love and are committing to be together for the rest of their lives, its so heartwarming. I am a hopeless romantic and my job is so much fun, it’s like watching a romantic comedy unfold in front of me! All I can say is wow, these guys worked out for the camera. I cannot wait to shoot their wedding in the summer of 2012!!
